On a day to day basis I would do activities including tills, bakery, reductions, taking delivery, working delivery, cash, fire alarm testing, training new staff
I've developed so much in confidence which would not of happened if I didn't do this apprentice, I have learnt new skills such as cash, how to take a delivery, what the importance of being in a shop means
I rarely say that I don't want to be at work, I enjoy my apprentice and think it is an easier way to learn as much as I have
Very. Every day at work my work compliment me and say thank you for all my effort which makes it feel worth it
Very. I believe it's been very well organise all the modules get sent to us when there ready, and they all interlink within each other which means you never forget what you've learnt in the past
I know I can email my coach and she will always get back to me and if it's an emergency I can cal her and even if she's on holiday leave she will answer which is outstanding
Amazing. I always thought I'd just get forgotten about but my manager does not let that happen one bit every time we work together he sits me down and checks my work is up to date and if it is will teach me at least one thing new every day
Luckily I don't really have any out going cost except my home charges which is sufficient enough and I don't seem to struggle
Yes. Because of what I have learnt I could go work in a bakers, a bank, another shop - all because of one course
Yes
I have gotten so much out of his course and it has developed me as a person which I never thought I could be, the company is so supportive and would not of been able to do it without them
You just need to be yourself, as if you aren't you will not be comfortable and as easily going as what you need to be
