Team Manager, managing the store on a day to day basis.
Yes I have developed my listening and coaching skills
The program gives me a chance to identify my weaknesses and improve them.
Very valued
Communication can be an issue sometimes, we don't always receive the necessary information in time to be able to complete work effectively and to allow time for us to be out of store through work.
I receive help from trainers and my coach. I think more help could be provided though.
I do not receive any instore help.
My salary is ok for what I do.
