Day to day running of a store. Managing a team meeting kpi's
Both gained confidence to expand existing skills aswell as learning new ones
It's great! Gets me to think about how my actions effect my team/store and lets me change
Highly valued. Most people within the coop show an interest in what I'm doing
Fairly well. Any issues that do arise then there is someone there to help
Support is there if needed.
Lots more have been involved in different parts of the food business to help me with my course
