Construction Trainee (assistant project manager) responsibilities include: adhering to Health and Safety standards, statutory elements, whilst prioritizing on service excellence, quality and welfare of our employees. Daily tasks include planning, managing and monitoring master programme. Making sure all subcontractors cooperate , communicate and execute their contractual responsibilities. Applying general principles of prevention and mitigating any hazards is paramount to look after the individuals we employ. Effective streams of communication between client and subbies is the catalyst of what Mace stands for. Creating opportunities and expanding relationships.

Cant expect wonders at the beginning of the programme, but it is worth highlighting that praises should be given where praises are due, there needs to be more incentive in some areas for the sheer amount of work I put in.
