I design and devlop learning material for colleagues to use in their training. This includes creating productd and modifying existing products.
My computer skills have improved as well as learning to communicate effectively with others
I thoroughly enjoy my workplace
I do feel valued as part of my team as they include me and treat me with the same respect as each other
