Business Development Manager this involves helping my banking coomunity reach top performing results on a yearly basis in line with stakeholders goals.
I have learnt alot on risk management and also deleloped my existing skills on project magagement
I enjoy the programme i am involved in
I feel that i am valued highly in barclays
Yeah the structure of the learning is good, however for other guys on the course. They are having a hard time with their structure.
I have been given alot of support while on my course
I get alot of support from my line manager and also have had a mentor who i can go to as well.
Yeah i feel the salary is good for what i get from barclays
