Relationship management with the Wealth and Investment department of the bank. Day to day management of client from the front office being the first point of contact for our client who and overseas
lot of skills client interactions with Ultra Highnet worth clients learning about wealth management and investments
I really enjoy learning new things on this programs
not really valued I must say as every thinks you just a surplus resource and dont feel like you are part of a team but they are waiting till your time end and leave as they dont see you becoming part of their team but you are doing the job and task they assign to you
on the education side very well structured but on work side it leave a lot to be desired
on the education side a lot of support but from the apprentice management side none really
really dont know we seem to be on our own as line managers even have no idea of the direction of the program
for me and the work I do it doesnt meet my cost
