My Day to day role is that of assistant manager. i am responable for looking after a team of 6 momnet bankers (personnal bankers). i plan the days schedual and look after any quierys where customers would like to talk to a manager. i am also responable for the development and coaching of the team
i am ex armed forces. so most of my time has been about honing the leadership skill i already have and talioring them to retail banking.
I enjoy the way it makes me look at different ways of leading people and helps me develop my skills
very. my community has made me feel at home and my branch has helped me settle into the role quickly
it needs a lot of work. not all branch managers and senior leadership understand the complette perpose of the roll.

i varys from person to person. my branch is very supportive
as a package it is good. i would however struggle to maintain my lifestyle if it were not for the extra funds i recive as part of my armed forces pension.
