its decent, what we have to do is help thrid parties with any damages cause on their vehicle by our policy holders. we have a target to meet which is difficult as well as completing the apprenticeship sometimes it gets to me and i feel down like im not doing well
i believe i have picked up tips however i have just developed on the skills i already possess. I would like to learn more skills however we are constantly always on the phones no chance to develop ourselves
earing and learing is very good i believe its fantastic way, however i am learning new thing when having huddles or on Ilearn but this is still sometimes rare
i feel like i am valued to an extent, i do enjoy working with my team leaders and managers. they are polite and friendly which is a lovely feeling but still if youre not meeting targets or passing call reviews i dont feel valued at all
To an extent its organised when the assessor does come he sets work and lets us get on. There is not much learning time in classrooms at all. This is worrying for me as how will i learn without the teacher giving support from once a month visits
on a scale of 1/10 i rate it 5 its just adequate nothing special if we were to get more classroom time this would be valued as we would be able to study and learn more about the qualification.
adequate i believe my team leader does the best job ever i have so much respect for her i really like her. She always tried to help out with any work always got a positive attitude.
not very well. Most of the salary goes onto travelling expenses and living costs however i still appreciate what i get as there is always someone less fortunate. So i am happy for the moment
None, what i do when im not working? sleep i hardly have a social life there is so much hours that i put into work. sometimes i feel stressed and annoyed that i dont get to see my friends and family a lot.
Yes
its a great opportunity with great people excepting everyone. There is good people who want you to do well and develop yourself. However there are a lot of people in the department who are changing departments to CV, BI and others
Make sure you are able to work hard, get along with everyone and have an open mind as you are able to have fun if you dont get yourself stressed out. make sure to complete all work set and be honest
