  • Essential banker rotation, normally means cashiering on the counter. Can get repetitive as everyday is pretty much the same.

  • Learnt how to deal with difficult circumstances with customers, such as aggressive customers and sensitive topics such as bereavement

  • Enjoy the content of the programme, struggle with the workload I.e holding down a full time job and also studying for a degree and becoming chartered

  • Valued in terms of my course (programme leader and tutors), in branch not as much as they're ignorant towards my course and role

  • Amazingly structure and organised great support system very happy - only change would be more time to work on assignments and uni work

  • Work hard, expect it to be harder than you think, don't give up even if you have a bad first day as it gets better
