Essential banker rotation, normally means cashiering on the counter. Can get repetitive as everyday is pretty much the same.
Learnt how to deal with difficult circumstances with customers, such as aggressive customers and sensitive topics such as bereavement
Enjoy the content of the programme, struggle with the workload I.e holding down a full time job and also studying for a degree and becoming chartered
Valued in terms of my course (programme leader and tutors), in branch not as much as they're ignorant towards my course and role
Amazingly structure and organised great support system very happy - only change would be more time to work on assignments and uni work
