I'm a team manager, I work closely with the store manager to help with the day to day running of the store. I'm very experienced in my role and have run two stores without a store manager for 6 months with great results
I have learnt about my self alot more and how I need to think about what and how I do thing before I do it. Also how to help my team with thete skills and dreams to make them happy to work in the work place
I enjoy it alot as it really help me to see where I need to improve on my own manager skills to tpye make my team work better for me but also a different way of looking at the business
I feel very valued by the coop as they have given me this opportunity to help myself become better in my role but also give me the tools for when I become a store manager I will be able to do this role
Very organised and make sure you are upto date and help you is always there if you need it. The structured is well planned and I feel it work well
We have alot of support with being able to contact though email or phone they will always get back in touch with you and help or talk though what to do
They are very willing to help they want to know what we are learn and how they can help even given ideas of how they can help you with what needs doing next
We haven't been give anythin more for this but if we have to travel the company do pay for this . I do feel that if we are or other that on this should be given something more and they are really going to above and boned
There are alot of opportunities outside of work but this company care about you and want to make you better and without working for other company you don't know what they have to offer

This company looks after its staff but also it customer and Community and what other company dose that the coop puts others first
Do it they are brilliant to work for they are looking out for your community and you child's your life. This is a company you would be proud to work for
