Learnt how to interact with different types of people both clients and colleagues. How to conduct myself in professional world and how to strive for constant self improvement.
Really love this job as not only is there a clear progression path, support system is outstanding.
Very. even though I'm an apprentice I'm treated the same as a regular memeber of staff and am afforded every benefit and opportunity to impress as such.
Programme is very organised. From the off the programme developers have been transparent and open. We have regular visits from our talent coach and line manager makes sure everything is running smoothly. Stucture of programme allows for flexibilty of studying and working a full days work.
Maximum support.
Maximum suport. As stated line manager is heavily involved in my development and my programme.
This is the only negative. Costs for older apprentices like myself eciplise the salary received.
Depends. opportunities for a similar role in a different organisation at my level are extremely slim. However once I've finished the course I expect that my chances will improve significantly.
