Finance & Commercial Academy Student, i am a Commercial Executive for Large Drives, i manage projects for Large Drives Product business.
I am completing the Siemens CPM@Siemens courses.
I have really enjoyed my programme, enhancing existed skills and learning new ones.
I feel like i have an impact in my role at Siemens which in turn makes me feel valued by the team.
The programme is very well structured and revolves around 4x6 month placements followed by a year long final placement. Along the way we take part in various training to help us when we come off the scheme and into the real world of work.
I can receive support pretty much whenever i need it.
Again, i can get support from either my placement manager or line manager whenever it is needed.
The salary is a good starting salary coming out of college. It isn't the highest paid scheme out there but also not the lowest!
Yes there is a requirement to take part in 2 CSR events per year helping out the local community and schools.
