I learned a large amount of in depth information about the Rail that previously I had never known
It's a very good scheme and most of the time I have enjoyed myself a lot.
I feel part of the team that I work with and have felt valued from the day I started
It's a very organised program that is structured well and we always know what we're doing
We can recieve any extra help that we need at any point at any time
My employer has provided just as much support as my training providers
First year wage is not enough to live properly on, in future this really needs to be addressed
As far as I know there have only been a few out of work opportunities available
Yes
I am extremely happy with how i have been treated and would be happy telling others about it
Good luck in the interview and take every opportunity that is given to you, it helps in the future!
