Work in commercial operations resourcing team in finance for the wind power sector. This mainly entails jobs such as variance analysis and journal posting with management accounting the center focus of the role. this is a rotational scheme that seem me go into for different roles across the 3 years.
I will be gaining my experience points for CIMA and invaluable life skills like communication (speaking and listening) with presenting skills and various computer based software skills along the way (SAP< excel, esprit etc...)
Love it - great team - great atmosphere and everyone is so encouraging.
I feel like a normal employee with the responsibility and reasoning to carry out tasks by myself and not have to be watched all the time.
Good structure set out from the beginning.
