I feel incredibly valued by Siemens as they treat me like I am one of the professionals whilst also helping me to learn. I have been awarded a gift voucher from my manager for supporting a project as well as an award from the wider Talent Acquisition team.
I had a full induction which allowed me to get to know more about the company, I am also fully supported in my study time and am allowed to take as much time as I need to revise my subjects.
I receive a fair amount of support from my training provider, they always reply to my emails and answer any questions I have about the modules.
I receive a lot of support from my employer, my mentor is on hand ready to answer any questions I have. Everyone was very patient with me from the beginning and now allow me to work independently but are always there to support me if I need it.
My salary meets my costs perfectly.
