Site Engineer Working on site to provide the information needed to complete the building. I work with the specialists on site and the managers to makes sure the right information is available when needed. I am responsible for a few teams eg bathroom, lighting and I work with the team to complete tasks. Each day is different and a lot of my time is spent out on site.
Mostly on the job, but have been sent on specific courses to aid my learning to allow me to gain confidence in my role. I have also been sent on course externally to further develop my knowledge. I have learnt many job specific skills and how to use the equipment day to day.
It is well organized and great way to learn and study, I much prefer this method to a full time method. I am learning and growing professionally.
