As an apprentice you are expected to shadow a tradesman whilst they complete a job, interacting and asking questions where appropriate.
I have improved my communication, practical hand skills and obtained a deeper understanding of the systems I have been working on.
The programme can be challenging but thoroughly enjoyable.
I am encouraged and supported by the company, with my overall value increasing as my experience increases.
It is well organised/structured with a lot of the responsibility put on the apprentice to maintain standards.
