As a Team Manager I am responsible for effective management of team performance and the delivery of KPI's in-line with the business strategic objectives
I have been able to apply newly developed HR skills in the application of group policies to ensure compliance and consistency is maintained throughout the operations
Engagement with my Learn Direct support has been great however with your service center has been extremely poor and none benefical to my course or career development
Feel very valued and appreciated for the work I deliver for the business and How and am able to contribute towards the overall business objectives on BSC
Learn Direct have provided with a well strucutred programme, which has specific deadlines including the expected work that needs to be delivered and by who
Very good support from my onsite training support taking me through the marking framework and providing me with my progres todate and remaining actions to complete the course
Very good support from LBG as a business who has ensured that I have the tools avilable and the time allocated to pass the course within the appropriate timeline
Very well, it does not leave any undue expenses and allows me to accomodate for any unexpected expenses as well with additional funds to save/
INternally the business has plenty of opportunities I have not looked at other opportunities outside the business as I am comfortable as to where I am.
Yes
I feel it is a good place to work that has very good incentives and looks after staff, thinks about diversity and inclusion and encourages colleague development
to consider what the groups vision is and how this mirrors their ambition to build a career in the banking industry, This would include people development
