Answering calls dealing with customers queries over the phone, meeting their banking needs helping them complete transfers/pay bills and book appointmeents etc and resolving any issues that they may have in regards to their banking needs as some customers will have complaints which i would deal with from first touch.
Both, I have worked on skills i gained in previous jobs aswell as improving my knowledge around legislation amd rights.
It was good to learn about new legislation and your rights in the workplace.
I feel like part of the team. I am happy to have now completed and passed my apprenticeship.
It was fairly organised and the work booklets seems to follow on and were simple to complete with experience i had gained already from my job role. It would have been ncier to have more frequent meetings with my training assessor.
It was good support when i saw my trainer but i felt it would have been worth having more 1-2-1 time than 1 hour per month.
My manager is always willing to help me with any help i needed throughout my apprenticeships however as it all had to be done in my spare time it would have been nice to have a little time out in work time to complete this even if it was just 1 hour every 2 weeks.
My salary is fair and it allows me to cover everything i need however it would have been nice to have a little increase once i completed the apprenticeship.
I have not currently been looking at further opportunities but i think it will help me in securing jobs in future.
