I am a banking advisor i see customers and help them with thier banking needs make and save them money.
I have qualified in English and i am studying for maths and my retail business
I find there is a large work load on top of my day to day job, but i do feel i would benifit from the qualifications when i do pass it all
I do feel valued and my team allow me time out to study for my apprentice
I doint feel like there is much structure to my apprentice
I do get support through out my apprentice i dont think we see each other very regular so i tend to not focus on my learning
they allow me time out to complete my training but it tends to get cancelled out if we get busy, short staffed of an appointment comes in
