  • The programme induction was very good, as were the workshops and training. There have been a lot of changes to dates for scheduled activities and the content/nature of the examination was changed the day before we took it. There has been a change of assessor, where the marking system as changed. There are 2 assessors who seem to mark very differently with some colleagues being disadvantaged.

  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Very good company culture, supportive, recognition and success is celebrated. There are lots of opportunities across the wider business as well as progression.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
  • The application process is extremely thorough, mine included a written application, maths test, psychological analysis, Skype interview and assessment day. I would have liked to have more information about what the job looked like as the details in the job advert were minimal. If this had been done there is a large chance I would not have applied for the job as it isn't really my cup of tea.
