I serve customers on the counter and also from the banking so I can help them as sson as they come in. I deal with a vast selection of queires all day.
Yes. I have learnt excellent cash handling skills. how to deal with custoemrs in a proffessional manner. I have leanred great customer service skills also.
I have been enjoying my programme. It has made me think about what I do in a day to day business. It has also highlighted that i know more skills than I thought I did.
Definately. There is a lot of support for colleagues with Lloyds bankgin group. One example being the colleague confidential support line. Also the reward packahe is excellent.
I have so far had three assessors. My first assesor would lose work that I gave her. So I would have to do it again. After my first assessor left It took about 2 months for the next one to get in touch,. The last time I saw any assessor was about 4 months ago.
Not much. My second assessor was probably the best as she would prompt me and help me with my work. My first assessor as I said would lose my work so I would have to re do it all.
Lots. My manager would always ensure that I had time away to get all my work finsihed. If I had any questions they would show me where to get any answers and they would always be heppy to help.
Fabulous. The Salary is more than I expected. Since starting at the Bank I have been able to start saving, Which is something I could never afford to do before.
Yes, lots. Always opportunities to go to extra events, extra chances to gain extra skills and qualifications. Always opportunities to keep me busy!
Yes
Because it is just such a great group to work for. Lots of opportunities to step up your career or to have a change in career inside the group. You can go as far as you want.
If you know someone who works in the group ask them for advice on how to word personal statemenst so that it is inline with the groups values. Also so you can be referred for a job which makes the whole process easier.
