I work in the agricultural team supporting 2 relationship managers and a portfolio of client, my day to day tasks include speaking with clients and resolving there issues
I have developed my skills in communication, and relationship management and gained new skills in banking
Yes, I find it very exciting and enjoy every day as none of them are the same
I feel very valued and I feel a valued part of the team
I feel it is fairly well organised, however, there are area where I feel no one knows what I am supposed to be doing
