My role is to plan, manage and monitor construction activities on a live construction project, this involves ensuring everyone on site is aware of what they are doing and have been inducted and that others on site are aware of the works going on around them. ensuring that the work is carried out in a safe manor is the highest priority.
Yes
It's a great place to work and learn with plenty of support from all sides. Here you can be given a variety of opportunities to improve academically and practically. There aren't many companies that I can think of that would be willing to invest as much as mace do into their people
Make sure you show up wit the correct attitude and a clear set of goals for yourself. While Mace will push to improve you, you have to show some initiative to want to improve yourself when you arrive. It's important to be able to see where you wan to go within Mace as well
