I am a t2 at co-op I ensure the day to day running of the store and give the best possible customer experience
I have learnt new and developed existing skills. My communication skills have developed massively.
The learning and programme is great. However I do not currently have the correct equipment.
The co-op are a great business that have amazing core values that they help all the team develop.
The overall structure is very good. However some equipment issues mean I have missed out on some web sessions
The support is very good for myself. I will ask when needed and always receive help.
The co-op give full support and will always be there to assist in any way.
The costs are covered by the co-op and all equipment should be provided
The opportunities outside of work for personal development are there if you are willing to put the work in
Yes
The co-op is a very fast paced business that never forgets it's core values and allows it's team to be themselves.
Go in with an open mind and be prepared for a lot of hard work but the rewards and satisfaction are plentiful.
