my role as an EDF apprentice is too learn and achieve a qualification in gas and electric and to enter the company as a dual fuel meter engineer in november 2017
i have learnt many different skills in the past months after joining the company both in electric and gas
I enjoy my program very much to an extent that i strive to do my best at work and with work i take home
i feel very valued in EDF as i am always asked if i am ok and constantly monitored with progress to make sure i am working to my full potential
the program is very well organised, with specific days for catch up ,and all of this is on a printed sheet for us
I receive alot of support at work from my well bieng to how i am getting on with my work
i receive alot of support from my employer , from benefits at work to health assessments
my salary is very good and meets my costs very well , with some left over each month
there are not many activities arranged outside of work as i would like

as it is a good company to work for with good employee recognition and alot of opportunities to progress
to apply and come and work for a great company as employee welfare is very important to the company and you will be treated with respect and as an individual
