smart meter installation - dealing with customers in their home fitting smart electric and gas meters.
new electric and gas skills developed with a good customer care experience.
lots to take in and learn in order to take the job but good teaching and out on the road experience makes it interesting.
EDF Energy have made my learning experience so far enjoyable and has provided me with lots of tools and support for doing the job making me feel wanted and important.
with every program you can take there have been hiccups along the way but over all things have been sorted and put back on track.
if there is ever anything i need my instructor is always available to give a hand or answer any questions i mite have, good over all support.
a reasonable amount.
for an apprentice wage it is a very good salary!

relax and be yourself, show enthusiasm and some understanding. everyone in the company is friendly and understanding.
