My day to day role consists of working as part of larger project teams in a development role assisting PM's with questions and deliverables for my applications whilst attending regular project meetings
The many skills ive learn over the past 18 months include organisation skills alongside communication skills developed around the strong necessity and teamwork skills working as part of multiple projec teams.
The programme have been enjoyable
I feel valued as a colleague in a fast paced team
The Programme has been well structured to work alongside my day to day role, although there have still been some discrepencies
I have recieved a lot of traning support when requested
My employer have been hugely supportive in pushing through the apprenticeship
The Salary meets and exceeds the costs
