Updating records on IFA's such as Company names, addresses, and give the IFA any information they need for their business
More computer skills & better communication & email skills. I also have learned more about what IFA's do.
I enjoy it as its quite relaxed and i dont feel its too pressureised. I would say the course is straight forward and not confusing.
I feel very valued and think they treat all colleagues with respect and are appreviative of what colleagues do
It is well structured and i feel well supported by my assessor. She keeps in contact often and likes to ensure i dont have any issues with what shes told me
I recieve plenty of support and have contact with my assesor regularly. I Can contact her at any time required.
I have lots of support from my manager and feel i can approach her about anything
I am pleased with this. I feel it is enough to live by on with a little extra and they give lots of extra colleague benefits
Theres lots of oppertunities to volounteer and do further learning. I can take time out of work to come in and work on my apprenticeship books.

They are a fair company to work for & have lots of opportunities all over the group in lots of different departments.
Be honest and dont worry too much as they are very fair in their employment process.
