I was given work to looks over and ensure that our clients gave us the correct information, and if not then we would report it to another worker and they would contact the client. I also had to create a presentation on my department (Tax) which helped me broaden my knowledge on tax and the industry.
I have enhanced many skills such as : Time management Team leading skills Team work skills
I loved the programme, everyone was very friendly and helped us with anything we needed, it felt like we were full-employees.
I felt Very valued at EY because everyone was very nice and they treated me like an adult an employee.
The programme is planned and organised very well. Everyone was dedicated to the programme.
I could've received more support but the support was more than enough for me to enjoy my experience and ensure that I do my job correctly.
I Received a lot of support from my employer as they helped me with anything I needed and even taught me many skills that I did not know have in the first week
My salary meet my costs and it exceeds my costs as well. Although I had to pay £40 for travel, I did not spend as much on food so my costs were not massive.
Yes there are many opportunities outside of work and I think that many people would benefit from a program like this
Yes
I would recommend it to a friend but I really enjoyed my experience here at EY and I think they would as well
I will tell them to be confident and make sure that they don't shy away from any of the challenges given.
