My role was being a member of the programme and helping out in the EY office wherever I could.
I've learnt many skills including how to network and create helpful contacts. I've also developed my communicating skills.
The programme was very enjoyable when completing the actual work at the EY offices in Canary Wharf however the first part I found quite boring.
I feel very valued since everyone here made me feel very welcome.
The programme is very well organised and structured with minimal delays. I received various training like how to network and it was very helpful.
The training providers offered me lots of support along the way. Any queries I had were answered.
Lots of support was given by the employer, any questions I had was answered. Everyone within the company was very helpful and would assist you wherever need be.
The salary was very good considering the work we were doing was enjoyable and very helpful for our futures.
EY offer lots of other opportunities over the programme that will help my experience within working in a business.
Yes
The pay is well worth the work as its enjoyable and the work experience looks great on your cv.
The application process is quite daunting however have persistence as its well worth the trouble.
