Learning new skills for example networking and confidence. We did a CMI qualification in team leading and also presented to a panel of 'dragons 'on a dragons den type activity where many skills such as presentational skills were put to the test
Yes I wasn't confident in presenting and now I feel I am much more confident and comftable.I also have learnt what is required of a team leader by doing the CMI qualification.
I enjoyed the program very much it was great meeting like minded people which you could easily get along with and have a great time but also learn at the same time.
Very valued since the induction they were very welcoming and friendly and did the best to help you in any situation.
It could have been a bit more organised in terms of telling us where we will be working however apart from that it was very organized and structured well.
Very much my mentor helps me in many ways to bring out the best qualities. My mentor has been helping me in making my key education choices and advising me on what to do
They have gave me their contact details and whenever I need their advise or guidance I email them and they reply .
Yes the salary was very good as it was able to cover travel cost and also it was more then the minimum wage which was very good this ensured that the program can be for anyone
Yes there is a series of networking events in the near future. This will help us develop a network which can be extremely beifital in the near future
