We had the opportunity to get a Level 2 qualification in Team leading, made lots of contacts and friends, and got to shadow people working in fields of our interest (Tax for me)
Yes, as well as the Level 2 CMI qualification, I have improved my networking skills and understanding of accountancy
I really enjoyed meeting new people with different experiences and opening up my eyes to the world of Tax.
I feel very valued because they took their time to invest in my development and treated us as equals (even paying us)
Very structured; induction, training, support and we are given a delegated mentor to stay in contact with
There is as much support available as anybody needs
They support us a lot in any situation and are always very understanding and empathetic.
We (16-17 year olds) were given £6.80 an hour which added up to roughly £400 for the 2 weeks.
Yes, they have links to galleries to give us memberships and we will have alumni events
Yes
Because they have been very welcoming and supportive and it is an amazing environment.
I would recommend practicing for the interview and have examples to show for when you may have lead a team for example.
