My role is to assist senior members of staff and to produce documentation that helps with their work. Also it is to produce reports and to take notes on what they are doing. Also, I work directly with clients and ask questions as to what they require from the company.
I have developed my communication skills, by delivering presentations and I have improved my networking skills, by talking to different people more confidently. These skills will help me in my future career options.
I enjoy working in groups and being able to experience new ways of approaching complex situations. I enjoyed being able to work with professionals, and learn new skills from them.
I feel like EY has valued me by giving me appropriate tasks, and giving me feedback on how I can improve. I feel as part of the group which helps me to develop socially.
It is well organised, we had an induction day and then we had a day in which we were allocated to mentors, and a day in which we were given information on what we were going to be doing for the rest of the programme.
I receive a lot of training from my trainer. They guide me with problems and with general questions.
I received a lot of support. I was assigned a "buddy" who supported me by answering any questions I had and guiding me with any work.
It supports my travel costs, and social costs, which is very beneficial for someone my age.
There are many opportunities. There are career days and different company days in which they support our work and guide us.
Yes
EY was a really good experience that allowed me to meet new people and have a better idea of what options there are.
Be confident on the telephone interview, and research the company before hand.
