My role involves working as a team and communicating with each other as well as this I worked with the CBS talent team to create a presentation .

I have learnt / developed these skills: - team leading -presentation skills -communication skills -leadership skills

I really enjoyed this program because I was able to communicate with a range of different people and meet new people.this also gave me an insight to what the business world is like

I feel valued by the way because they took the time to give me the best experience that I have Been through

The program that I was in was very structured and organised by engaging us with different activities as well as being able to network and Give a business experience

I received a lot of support from my buddies and the facilitators Who ensured that I knew what I was doing esspecially my buddy on my business experience you helped me a lot

My employer was very supportive,in the work that I did and insured that if I needed anything provide it for me

My salary/package meets my costs to the fact that they are paying me £6.80 an hour which is a great deal

I feel that there are many opportunities for young children outside of work but some business do not target our generation which we are unable to get the work experience that is needed

I would definitely recommend this program to my friends because it is a real eye-opener and you are bald to pick options and gain an qualification meet new people and understand life
