I was part of the smart futures program I had to do a learning logs for four days for a chartered management institute leadership qualification.
I have learnt skills such as management leadership and teamwork
I enjoyed the second bit of the program which was in the business work experience week which I did with the Home Office
I felt somewhat valued by E way as people took the time out to facilitate lessons for the course I was taking
The program was very structured although the business experience we could have been longer in the future
Not that much support I believe you why could have done better get up
Not that much support I believe you I could've done better
It doesn't I spent more in the travel then I am going to receive in payment
Not at all I believe you why could have done better
Yes
Because it is an immersive program which will look favourable and NCV and help anyone to gain job prospects in the future
To research the company and be honest and integral
