during my first week we were based in one of their buildings near London bridge where we met everyone else and filled out a learning log and did activities going towards a qualification for the next week we were put into a sector and worked their for 4 days
I have now gone through the process of doing a qualification and have learnt life skills in order to network , work in a team and work as a part of team on a project
I really enjoyed my experience firstly I was able to work as a part of team meeting new people and having to work in a business environment which is something I always wanted to do.
I feel very valued in EY they treated me very we'll and catered to my needs like helping me fit in at first and got me involved with as much as they could
the program was very structured in the grand scale especially in the first week which as nice but in the second week it was structured but not as much leaving me at times with some extra free time
we had a lot of support during the two weeks in the first week we got help with every task we did for our qualification and in the second week they helped me with everything
from the employer they helped me greatly they always tried to find me work that I was able to do and keep me interested and the whole team was there to always help.
the salary was very good as it gave us more than enough to travel and eat during the whole time of the work experience and also we will still have enough to spend
there were enough opportunities as there were many schemes and they worked with other companies like the home office and linklaters as well as the home office
Yes
it is a brilliant opportunity to learn more about the world of work and also teaches you more about what the next steps to getting your working life in order
put down everything you have done be prepared to work hard and try hard and if you are accepted have fun with your time there its a brilliant place to meet people and network
