my role was to research different possible platforms that could be used by the company as they wanted to change. I had to attend meetings and take notes
I learnt how to be confident in public speaking and I developed teamworking skills. Also, I learnt how to stay organised and how to improve my timekeeping so I don't waste time.
I enjoyed the EY smart futures program very much. I was glad I was able to do something good during my easter holiday instead of not doing anything.
I feel very valued. I was appointed a mentor so I can email him if I have any questions. They cater for all your needs and you feel very special
very organised. we had certain tasks to complete every day and we were given loads of time to complete the tasks. we had loads of fun completing them as well.
a lot. they email you letting you know what you have to do in the day and if you have any questions, they will answer them and give you guidance on how to do the right thing.
a lot of support. every morning he would email me the agenda and go through it if I had any questions. also he helped me complete my tasks and gave me guidance.
very well. I am getting paid more than I expected which is excellent and it just goes to show that EY goes above and beyond to meet your needs and exceed them
there are a lot of opportunities. I now feel that I can go on and get a job now that I have completed the program. also there are apprenticeships and school leavers program
Yes
it is amazing. everyone has to go on the program. it will benefit you so much and help you to get jobs as you get an extra qualification on your cv.
I would say be yourself and try not to pretend to be someone else. Stay calm and don't stress over the telephone interview and take your time answering the questions
