  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • on the first week we did activities towards a manangement qualification and at the second week I worked in the audit department where I gained some useful insight into EY and auditing and did various task and attended some meetings

  • I got to use improve on my it skills by using excel. We also got an opportunity to improve on team working , public and communication

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed meeting new people , the employees of EY and everyone was really welcoming and it was beyond my expectations and I really enjoyed it.

  • I felt very valued as even though I was in Year 12 they treated us like adults and you felt appreciated when completing the task and they even gave us a graduation ceremony

  • It was really organise as he we had an induction day where we set up an ict and

  • We received a lot of help and assistance and if we needed to ask question they were open to answer any questions and concerns

  • we received a lot of support from them and they were open to answer any of our questions and if we had any problems and concerns

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • We are paid a reasonable amount after the course however the travel cost are expensive and are not provided same as lunch.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • Yes we are going to have alumni events and a mentor as its a 10 month programme.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • as it was a fantastic opportunity for me to meet new people and to learn new things that I would of not got the chance to if I didn't go to EY


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY?
  • The phone interview isn't as scary as you think . Just be confident and stay calm .
