I was put in the smart futures programme and we were supposed to do our daily log books which consisted on questions to do with leadership, team working skills and presentation skills
before the EY Smart Futures programme I was not confident with speaking in public but now with my developed speaking skills I can stand in front of a crowd and project my voice clearly
I enjoyed the EY Smart Futures programme very much, it taught me so much about the way the world really works and what I can do to improve and eventually get better in whatever I do.
EY really did make me feel as though I was part of their team and part of the EY family, they tried their best to answer all of my questions on the company and I definitely felt valued.
The EY Smart Futures was vey organised and we could see that they were very prepared for us and they were able to answer all of our questions.
I can proudly say that the support the EY Smart Futures programme gave me will always be valuable, I have most of helpers emails and they always reply to any queries
we all received so much support from our employees, this was either work related or not, our employees always tried to help us in any way possible.
my salary/package is more than I thought it would be and I was very impressed with the price, as I said I did not expect such a huge amount which is amazing.
yes, definitely. I know that there are many opportunities for me to work with EY again and know that this work experience will definitely boost my application process if I choose to apply again.
Yes
the EY Smart Futures programme is a one in a life time experience and it will definitely help everyone with their communication and presentation skills.
I would advice others applying to EY to take advantage of every opportunity EY gives you and to ask as many questions as you can to get a feel of the work.
