my role was working for the HR department for home office and it included coming up with ideas to help Home office increase the diversity of employers and how to appeal to younger audiences and retain them for working in the home office.
presentation skills, networking skills, professional skills.
I enjoyed having a good insight in to a professional place and I enjoyed meeting new people, the programme exceeded my expectations and I really enjoyed it.
I feel really acknowledge whilst working in the home office because they genuinely were interested in our opinions and perceptions and took on board our suggestions. I felt comfortable to ask questions freely whilst attending meetings at the home office and to also receive help from by buddies with projects.
This programme was well organised in the induction and support but they were not clear as to what departments we were delegated to in home office until the day.
I received good support with any problems I had .
