I had to work in teams doing different projects and later review and present it to people. The projects where different from day to day and so were the responsibilities.
I have learnt how to be more confidence and also learnt presentation skills and how to communicate the right way and how eye contact is key when presenting.
I really enjoyed my program as I got to meet new people with different personalities. Each day was different and fun. Presenting was one of my best parts.
I felt very valued every employee here was very kind no matter what their position at the firm was. They helped us when ever we asked and also didn't mind answering our questions.
The program was well structured where everyday was organized and told before hand so we can prepare in advance. It was easy to follow and understand as well.
I received a lot of support from mentors to people. I always had someone I can ask and someone who taught me what I can do and all the possible ways I can approach a task.
I received a lot of support from my employer. From one to one talks to really inspiring stories. I really had the best possible help I could receive and that in it self motivated me to do good.
It meets my costs very well and if anything too much. But hey no one says no to a little bit of extra money, right?
Yes, there are events held through out the year where you can come back and meet up with the people with you to keep up and make contacts as well.
