To complete tasks that are set to us throughout the day from when we come in to when we leave e.g. completing our learning logs in order to achieve our CMI qualifications.
I have developed my communication skills, leadership and teamwork skills. I have managed to learn a few new skills such as how to present information infront of senior team
I enjoyed working for EY and with my colleagues as it helped me establish new relationships with new people.
I have felt very valued as I was able to work as a permanent member of staff, I was treated professionally and was allowed to work and roam in the office professionally.
It is very well organised from when we come in to the office, we are taken to the rooms we are working in for that day and then given an outline of the day so that we complete tasks in time.
I have received a lot of support from my training provider, as they have explained tasks to us they stayed with us in case we needed any additional help, as well as this they also emailed us regularly to make sure that we have enough help each day
I have received a reasonable amount of support from my employer, however, as the training provider looked after us a lot more the support more or less came from them.
My salary works very well with my costs, the cost of travelling to work throughout my work at EY has more or less been reimbursed with my salary with plenty left over for me to spend myself.
There are some opportunities.
Yes
