Throughout the scheme we do several roles, all which link to the supply chain function. At the start and end you complete material resource planning roles which leads into a full time career, within this you will manage either suppliers or in-factory to get parts from start to finish and complete deliveries.
I have learned new skills in using SAP system and expanded my knowledge of logistics environments and supply chain management
I enjoy the work, the team environments are often excellent and accommodating.
All placements appreciate the work you do, often you will arrive and bring a fresh set of eyes to help improve situations which is good.
You have a 3 year plan set at the start of the scheme to advise what roles you will be doing and given a couple of weeks notice as to where exactly they will be in the business.
Training providers give great advice and help where necessary
All areas are happy to have you and help where needed.
Salary package is enough to live away from parents house and have a car.
Depends on the placements whether they have office outings, as for fellow apprentices there is a apprentice and graduation group which arranges many activities.
