on a daily basis i will come in to work and organise my work station to prepaire to take calls and make sure i am up to date with all new information . i will take calls in my allocated times and make sure i give customers full and acurate information
during the apprenticeship i have developed many new skills but also built upon existing ones such as my multi tasking as i can speak to customers but also transact on there account but aslo my listening and and literacy skills
i really enjoyed the programme and felt that it helped me to regognise many thing i do within my role which are admirable but also being able to talk to my learning assors
i feel although i am valued by lloyds banking and that this is a growning feeling
i think that the programme could be a bit more organised for a couple of reasons first of all when we started the promgramme we got enrolled then never heard from anyone for months even though my manger was trying to contact your self and my learning assesor change near the ened of the programme and i wasnt informed at all but also the email stystem that is in place for contacting your learning assesor
i had two real leaning asserors ashey marshall and susan barker they were very noce and approachable and would give me any support i would require being ver selfless
i recived lots of support from my employer by making sure that we had our meeting but also when we never heard any deatils they were trying very hard to contact your selfs
i think my salary is very suitable to cover my costs
i think they are lots of opertunities out side of work but they can some times be hard to allocate the but once you know the right person it can be easy
Yes
as they have lots of support avalibe and can have very flexible working patterns
to make sure that they have time to learn and want to apply your self because if you do then you will gey alot out of it
