Warehouse team operative, my role changes on a daily basis. From picking and intake to running and driving a ppt.
I have developed my team working skills and my communication skills.
I enjoy my programme as it gives me a good overall experience of what my role will eventually entail.
I feel I am very valued, I've never felt as if I was any different to other employees.
I bevlieve the programme is structured well because it includes everything I need to learn to develop and in the correct order.
I had a lot of support when my training provider was first4skills but since they have gone out of business I have received little information from my new provider although we are scheduled a meeting and so this shouldn't be a problem for much longer.
My employer is very helpful and understands that I may need to do things differently to the other employees.
I believe my salary is very reasonable for an apprenticeship programme.ye
