Working with high voltages, responsible for safety of substations that carry high voltages. Making sure power is constant and protected to over head lines
Gained experience in substations, in the process of gaining valuable qualifications
I extremely enjoy the programme
I feel valued very much so however i will feel more of an asset once i gain further knowledge.
The programme can be more organised more hands on experience would be essential,pts learning course would be valuable.
I feel i do recirve adequate training but however i would like more training to help drill every bit of information i need.
My employer supports me a fair bit
Not too well at all, thevdepot i work at is close to my home if it were any further i wouldnt bevable to cope with the cost of travelling
