Appreciate Team Manager Review

One of my roles is to ensure daily targets are met and to man manage people to produce quality results

I have learnt valuable people skills and how to talk to new people and grow in confidence

I throughly enjoy the programme as it allows me to grow in confidence and develop as a person

I feel that gist promote and try to push flourishing talent to secure its future and help People fulfil their potential

I feel as if the apprenticeship scheme is well organised and it proves that it works
