My role is to serve customers with everyday banking needs.
I have completed internal training and also completing my apprenticeship. I have learned specific banking regulations and how to use the systems to serve customers. I have learned how to speak over the phone and be professional.
I enjoy the team I am in and think this helps to enjoy my role.
I do feel valued, however I am a single working mother of 5 and believe their should be more in place for individuals like myself in terms of parental leave.
I believe the process is smooth and structured well.
I receive alot of support from Jo my Talent Coach and she will help with any work issues and direct me to where I need to go. My manager will also help when she can.
In terms of guidance, I believe that the managers do not really know how to handle specific cases.
I am a single mother of 5 and we do not get bonuses whilst on apprenticeship. However, we are doing the same job as everyone else, and more work on top of that to pass our apprenticeships and getting paid less
Barclays have held a ball and we were invited but getting the time off to attend was the challenge. Also, not aware of any leisure or clubs.
Yes
The values and benefits of working for Barclays is good.
Ensure you know what shifts you will working as I applied for 9-5's and was given 9-7 flexi shifts
